'This bill will move our state backwards solely for the purpose of appearing to be tough on crime', says Miller.
Miller says that children are likely the ones recruiting other kids into a gang and more needs to be done to prevent it.
'If we really care about saving our kids. If we really care about doing what is best for the most vulnerable among us. We ought to vote no against this bill and we ought to get down to the business of doing the things that stop kids from joining gangs in the first place', says Miller...
